WE ALL FALL DOWN  (2022-Ongoing)

We All Fall Down, begins a conversation on the dismissal and subsequent repression of the  'taboo' or 'undesirable'  female topics. Drawing from Carl Jung's theory of  'The Shadow Self,' this series visually represents how these repressed feelings carried by the woman manifest within her.  By focusing on the female experience, this project contributes to a deeper understanding of the ways in which cultural norms have historically impacted the ways in which pain is understood and expressed.
